ABOUT LEWIS LAW, P.A.

Our Clients and Their Needs Come First

Who We Are

At the Law Offices of Lewis Law, P.A. we believe our clients and their needs come first. Our commitment to client communication and quality legal services is what sets our firm apart in its service and results.

We provide comprehensive immigration assistance to individuals in the U.S. and all over the world from our Florida office, to resolve their U.S. immigration issues, from living permanently, studying and working lawfully in the U.S. to acquiring or deriving U.S. citizenship. We also help U.S. businesses and organizations secure work visas, such as H-1B, H-2B, R-1 and L-1 visas, for foreign national employees.

Immigration law is one of the most complicated areas in the legal field. Missing a deadline or not properly researching applicable law before submitting an application can cause an immigrant to lose their legal status or even face deportation. We know how the process works and will guide you through it. We'll make sure you know what to do and when to do it.

We do not shy away from hard cases or give up on the first USCIS denial or rejection. We exhaust all legal options in defense of our clients.

OUR MISSION

A genuine interest in every client

Nadia Lewis is a Florida licensed Immigration Attorney and founder of Lewis Law, P.A. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in International Business with a minor in Business Administration from St. Petersburg College, St. Petersburg, Florida and her Juris Doctor at Florida Coastal School of Law, Jacksonville, Florida, where she worked as a volunteer in the Florida Coastal School of Law Immigrant Rights Clinic. She is a member of the Broward County Bar Association, Dade County Bar Association and an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

The concentration of her practice is Immigration Law. From family based petitions, to employment and investor visas, at the core of her representation is a client centered focus. Her clients include families trying to reunite, skilled workers seeking U.S. employment and companies seeking talented employees from overseas. She prepares asylum petitions, applications for naturalization and applications for relief under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) and the Victims of Trafficking and Violence Protection Act, and represents clients in removal/deportation proceedings in both the detained and non-detained setting before the Immigration Court and USCIS.

Her practice is built on the commitment to help and serve her community. She is dedicated to providing quality comprehensive legal service to each individual client while educating them about the law and their rights as immigrants. She spends the necessary time to ensure that clients understand their legal issues and the options available to them, and she aggressively pursues both affirmative and defensive immigration relief in a zealous and efficient manner. She does not shy away from hard cases or give up on the first USCIS denial or rejection, and will exhaust all legal options in defense of her clients.

She has a true passion for helping clients, a passion that emanates from her Caribbean roots and her down-to-earth, very relatable personality. She works hard to earn her clients’ trust, to keep her promises to each client and works even harder to win their cases.
