Individuals participating in these processes must have a supporter (sponsor) in the United States who agrees to provide them with financial support for the duration of their parole. Beneficiaries are immediate family members of any nationality a spouse or common-law partner; and unmarried child(ren) under the age of 21. Child under the age of 18 must be traveling with a parent or legal guardian.
